Is it hype or the real deal?

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants and hot springs. The staff are friendly and unbelievably helpful!

The upkeep was disappointing. we found signs of uncleanliness and outdated furnishings in our room,, which detracted from the overall comfort.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious room with comfortable beds, and the early check-in was a really nice surprise. The rooftop lounge and cozy fireplace area were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. The bathroom could've been a bit bigger, but it didn't take away from our experience. definitely catch the sunset views! 🌅
